Priority Pretty offers standard shipping through USPS.
**ON-HAND ITEMS: There will be a processing time of 1-3 business days; shipping time of 2-5 business days
**PRE-ORDER ITEMS: 1-3 week processing time; shipping time 2-5 business days. Pre-Order items may take up to 30 days for us to process, receive, and ship to you.

***Processing time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Once your order is dropped off to the mail courier service, Priority Pretty is no longer responsible for your package; please contact USPS for any damage, lost, or stolen packages. Due to COVID-19, please be patient with shipping processes; there may be a delay with mail delivery services.

PRIORITY PRETTY HAS A NO RETURN & NO REFUND POLICY . Please review all descriptions of items you are looking to purchase. There are NO EXCHANGES if the product is worn or damaged(Exchanges may be available if there is a mistake by us on sizing or color). WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT EXCEPTING ANY EXCHANGES DUE TO COVID-19
